I have to say that @culturedcode has the most well done demo video I have seen http://bit.ly/TjcL (although their iPhone app seems pricy)

Oops! PNG filenames are case-sensitive on devices but NOT on iPhone simulator. ALWAYS test on device even for single (trivial) change.
