Evaluating several SaaS products and most forget about me after the first few days. All of a sudden it's "your trial is expiring".
Finally have data for my guided tour experiment(s). Results: 15% more paid customers each month. With SaaS this adds up.
People that say a $19/month biz product is too much won't get value even at $5/month. Lowing price isn't the answer.

@amyhoy Some people get off on false sense of urgency (especially in big cos). I never understood it. Seems like obvious lack of progress.
