Our Vim devs were uncomfortable in Sublime so our SublimeText dev activated Vim mode. Now no one is comfortable in Sublime.
I recommend everyone using TextMate to try MacVim+Janus (http://bit.ly/ckr38X). Give it a few days. Try ci" (change in quotes) and friends.
