@hapsci I would say that if you don't have papers you're buggered no matter how much PE you've done. Concentrate on that side of CV first.
@hapsci bottom line = if you aren't REF-able in terms of 4 v good papers since 2008 and evidence you can get money, no one will employ you.

@hapsci From my point of view as a PI, if I can't see any evidence of 1-2 papers/yr for a postdoc, I'm wary of their output.
