@snookca For the kinds of stuff I do (web apps, simple servers, CLI utils), usually Node.js.

…and that was the last time I chose Ruby over Node.js for anything.

Confession: Last new Ruby app I wrote was in 2010. Wrote it from Joyent’s offices during the original Node Knockout (I was a judge).

I miss Ruby, but I can’t in good conscience bring myself to write anything in it anymore. It’s not the best at anything.
